Who we are

MathQuest OS is an independent company based in Singapore. This notice covers the expression-of-interest form on this website and is written to meet the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect, and why

At this stage we collect only what the form asks: a parent or guardian's name and email address, the child's school level in 2027, their competition experience, and an optional note. We use it for one purpose: to write to you about registration and founding-cohort pricing before public registration opens.

We do not collect the child's name, school, date of birth, or phone number. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Children

The form is addressed to parents and guardians, and the consent it asks for is a parent's or guardian's. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 through this website.

Who sees it

Your details are stored with our database provider and our email provider, both acting on our instructions, and are seen only by the MathQuest OS team. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until registration has opened and you have either registered or told us you are not interested, or for twelve months from your submission, whichever comes first. After that we delete it.

Your choices

You can withdraw consent, ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it at any time by writing to our Data Protection Officer, [Data Protection Officer name], at dpo@mathquestos.ai. We respond within thirty days.

If something goes wrong

If we ever discover a data breach affecting your details, we will tell you and, where required, the Personal Data Protection Commission, without undue delay.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that matters, we will email the address you gave us before the change takes effect.
